Rita Breen


Rita Breen is a practiced Agile coach with over ten years of experience and a passion for people. Presently operating as a senior coach for Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield’s Federal Employee Program in Indianapolis, she is certified as a SAFe Program Consultant, Certified Scrum Master (SCM), and Certified Scrum Practitioner.

She has found the most fulfillment over the course of her career when assisting organizations with their Agile Transformation, focusing on transparency, relentless improvement, and collaboration.


Kat Daugherty



Kat Daugherty is a practicing Enterprise Transformation Agile Coach at Slalom Portland, with 2k+ LinkedIn followers and a cornucopia of speaking, training, publishing and facilitation learning and accomplishments.

She’s passionate about mentoring, reconfirming our biases, empathy-centric leadership, and personal branding. “Kathey Daugherty” is Kat’s inner critic who often wonders if she is really as good as those she views as more accomplished, more intelligent, smarter or better than she is at agile, speaking, and life in general.


Andrew Gosnell 


Andrew Gosnell is Sr Financial Manager Global FPA for Wyndham Destinations where he administers benefit tracking for 8 Agile Value Streams. Andrew’s experience with Agile goes back to 2017 at which time IT made the transformation from Waterfall to Agile.

Prior to Wyndham, Andrew held various roles in FP&A at both Sensient Technologies and General Motors Corporation including an international stint in The Netherlands. He has a Six Sigma Green Belt and extensive background in master data management, financial modeling, profit analysis, and budgeting/forecasts.


Ryan Ripley 


A professional Scrum trainer with Scrum.org, Ryan Ripley has experience as a developer, manager, director, and Scrum Master in the Fortune 500. He hosts “Agile for Humans,” the top agile podcast on iTunes, and lives in Indiana with his wife, Kristin, and three children. He blogs at ryanripley.com and is on Twitter @ryanripley.


Chris Shinkle 


Chris Shinkle is a practitioner and maker. He is a thought leader and continually initiates new ideas and continuous improvement at SEP. His experience comes from building products with many large clients in a variety of industries: aerospace, medical, healthcare, finance, etc. He introduced and guided SEPʼs adoption of Agile software development practices in 2004 followed by Lean and Kanban in 2007.

As SEPʼs Director of Innovation, Chris leverages many community ideas helping SEP engineers and clients delivery better products. Chris speaks at conferences across the United States promoting Agile, Lean/Kanban, Product Management, and Design Thinking. Chris was an inaugural members of Indiana’s Techpoint Tech 25.
