Board of Directors

AgileIndy is completely run by a dedicated group of volunteers. Our Board Members are responsible for overseeing the business affairs of the organization. These responsibilities include providing strategic leadership, overseeing resources and relationships, and managing the reputation of the organization.

If you would like more information on our group, or would like to volunteer, feel to contact us at info@agileindy.org

Marcy Elhamidi

Chair

Marcy Elhamidi is an Agile Coach with 20 years of experience in Software Development in the Indianapolis area. She has been an active member of AgileIndy since it’s early days in 2012 and has served on the board since 2016. As Conference Chair for AgileIndy 2017, Marcy played a significant role in doubling the size of the AgileIndy Conference from 350 to 750 attendees that year – a number that AgileIndy has exceeded every year since. In addition, Marcy has made significant contributions to the creation of the AgileIndy Conference Committees, expanding our monthly meetups from one to two a month, and has been instrumental in increasing speakers, membership, and marketing over the years.

Marcy continues to passionately support AgileIndy’s mission and hopes to continue the spirit of continuous improvement by re-engaging the more experienced Agilists in the community in 2020. If you are interested in helping setup a coaching camp, build a mentorship program or give back to AgileIndy by being a speaker, feel free to contact Marcy and arrange a chat over a cup of coffee! When Marcy isn’t on Agile Coach or AgileIndy duty, she enjoys experimenting by applying the Agile mindset to her parenting style, often to the chagrin of her three boys and husband.
