Jennifer Penn's Bio
With over 15 years of experience in IT, Jennifer spent the last 7 years as a Scrum Master and Agile Coach. In her role as Scrum Master, she closely collaborated with Product Owners, coaching them on story writing, backlog refinement, and prioritization strategies. As an Agile Coach for Project Made Easy, she's leading the organization through the adoption of Agile methodologies while providing guidance on implementing new processes and techniques.
Outside of the office, Jennifer coaches martial arts. As a coach and mentor to athletes she finds it rewarding to share her knowledge and see someone else take it and use it or make it their own. Throughout her career, Jennifer has been driven by a passion for helping others succeed.
