In this session, Joe will take us through how to leverage Agile concepts, processes and techniques to be a more effective and strategic product leader. During this discussion, we will also cover how to collaborate and build strong relationships with your product owner, scrum master and dev team. 

JOE'S BIO

Joe Ghali comes to AgileIndy with 20+ years working in product management.  Joe started out in online travel (11 years- MGM Mirage, Disney, Southwest Airlines), moved on to Reader’s Digest (online publishing) to Fintech (Baird) for 5 years, then rounding out with Generac (IOT) and Kimberly Clark. He has been a product coach for 2+ years. Mr. Ghali has spearheaded major digital and IoT initiatives throughout my career. He is very passionate about Product Transformation and Change Management Leadership and is even ProSci (change management) certified. In addition, he holds several product certifications including: AIPMM Digital Product Manager, AIPMM Certified Product Management, ProSci Change Management Certified Change Practitioner, Certified SAFe Agilist, Certified SAFe Product Manager/Product Owner, PSPO
