Failure To Communicate
In our work it's important to have a shared understanding of anything we communicate about. Our success often depends on it. We often behave as if we understand what has been communicated to us, and that everyone else understands our meaning and intention. Is it possible that we aren't achieving anything close to the level of communication we believe we are? Are we failing to communicate while believing that we are communicating well? Let's investigate how well we are communicating, and explore ways to improve our ability to communicate.
