February 9, 2022 (Virtual): Bring Your Own Virtual Retro Open Space (presented by YOU!)

BRING YOUR OWN RETROSPECTIVE (OPEN SPACE)

In our February meeting, we will be trying something new - an open space forum where everyone gets to bring a fun virtual retrospective idea and share it in an open space meeting format.  Sessions will be setup in 3 20 minute blocks with an opening circle and closing circle.  In each group, you can join your favorite retrospective and learn from your peers.  You will be able to move from breakout room to breakout room as you like, using the "Law of Two Feet" (or in a virtual meeting setting, the "Law of Two Clicks").  To learn more about open space meeting format, check out this primer. Join us and walk away with at least 3 fresh new retrospective techniques to try with your teams!

In an Open Space Format, YOU get to be the Presenter!  Sign up here to reserve a breakout room during our February 9th meeting and come ready to share your favorite retrospective with your peers in one of our 20 minute blocks!  Signing up early will help us to plan better, but don't worry, if you don't get a chance to sign up beforehand, you'll have an opportunity to do so again in the Opening Circle.
