Enterprise Agility
Over the last two decades, Agile practice transcended beyond software development crossing boundaries of functional units. It encouraged ideas such as Business Agility, Organizational Agility, Enterprise Agility. However, two conceptual gaps have been persistently accompanying the Agility expansion beyond software team. One is what is the difference between Business Agility and Organizational Agility and where is Enterprise Agility in this regard. Second, assuming it is Enterprise Agility overarching all, Business and Organizational Agility, then how Enterprise Agility is conceptualized?In this presentation, I will address both questions and present an approach towards Enterprise Agility.
