What Would You Do?

Join us in November for a highly interactive, challenging meeting!

We’ll break up into small groups and discuss a real-life challenge that will put your understanding of agile values, principles and the scrum framework to the test. 

Using the ‘52 Challenging Cases for Scrum Masters & Scrum Teams’ from The Liberators, each group will wrestle with a case and share what they would do with the larger group.  

Scott's Bio

After many years of IT experience in various roles (developer, business analyst, project manager, manager, product owner, scrum master), Scott can wholeheartedly say that he’s found a job (scrum master) that he loves. As a scrum master, he gets to use his natural strengths in servant leadership and process improvement to help scrum teams continue to improve in delivering high quality software that delights the customer. One of his proudest career moments is when a co-worker told him "You helped me become a better person".

Scott is married with 3 adult children and lives in Brownsburg, Indiana.  When not starring in Zombie movies such as "Drawn to Sound", Scott enjoys roasting and drinking coffee.
