AN OVERVIEW OF THE 2020 SCRUM GUIDE CHANGES

Well, we said we weren't going to do a December meeting, but when Scrum Alliance and Scrum.org announce new changes to the Scrum Guide, it is our duty to help!

In this presentation, Dr. Suscheck will join us once again to give us an overview of the changes being announced on November 18th.

Dr. Charles's Bio

Dr. Charles (Chuck) Suscheck helps clients realize the benefits of agile principles and pursue organizational agility.

A Managing Partner with Madison Henry, Chuck leverages over 25 years of experience to serve industry leaders in the roles of Professional Scrum Trainer with Scrum.org and Enterprise Agile Coach. Chuck focuses on helping organizations realize the benefits of agile principles and practices such as enhancing their ability to manage changing priorities, increased visibility and better alignment of business and IT.
