What happens when few people are picked from a waterfall environment and are asked to be a Scrum team – a TRUE Scrum team? What happens when all of them are put in a room all-day every day for about a year? “Bodacious Mob” is created – that’s what happens! Join Dimple Shah as she shares the roller-coaster journey of a “new” Scrum team, who were voluntold, and then trained, to function as a Scrum team. Their fearless journey through the Agile world while disrupting norms and embracing Scrum values and principles changed their lives, professionally and personally.

Dimple's Bio

Dimple Shah is an optimist go-getter who is passionate about helping people achieve their goals by creating a better version of themselves. She entered the world of Agile coaching unexpectedly and after she learnt about how being agile aligns with her goals and ethics, she's been making leaps into the Agile world. She loves seeing the AHA moments when the people she is working with, realize their self-worth and feel valued. Now, she's on a journey to combine her passion to make world a better and a happier place to live in, with her servant-leadership philosophy... all while being agile!
