In this interactive event, you’ll work in a small group to explore an interesting case study regarding a dysfunctional scrum team. This team has been using scrum for about a year without any formal training or coaching. You’ll read about the observations that were made from attending a week of daily stand-up meetings and determine how your group would coach this team. Finally, we’ll come together and share the individual group’s observations. So, come prepared to roll up your sleeves and work on your agile coaching skills.
