Manager of Agile Delivery
How many Agile Indy events have you attended in the last 12 months?:
I am a seasoned Agile Coach who has spent the last few years coaching Lexmark USA on their Agile journey. My background in systems analysis and management provide a unique context to clients on their own Agile journeys. My additional experience as a Scrum Master and Agile Coach during the Agile transformation with Indiana Department of Revenue bring a wealth of lessons in helping large bureaucratic organizations adopt Agile values, principles, frameworks and practices. I hold several Agile coaching related certifications, as well as Scrum, Kanban, and Agile Fluency evaluation licensing. I am also a Board Member and conference organizer for Agile Cincinnati.
Why do you want to join the Agile Indy board?:
According to a recent Forbes.com article, Indianapolis is ranked #5 amongst large cities creating tech jobs. As more and more companies expand to the Indianapolis market, Agile Indy is positioned to become a top leader in the agile community. Agile Indy can be at the forefront of new innovative ideas. I want to be a part of that movement. I hear so many agile coaches and scrum masters frustrated with the direction many organizations are going with their transformations. Instead of being frustrated, I want to help. I want to be part of an organization dedicated to teaching/mentoring/coaching/growing its community.
